Chinese Smartphone manufacturing company Xiaomi has reached the top of the Indian mobile market. The company launches a new smartphone every few months in India and also takes full care of the price. First of all, tell you that Xiaomi is accused of patent theft and this lawsuit has been filed by Chinese mobile manufacturer Coolpad. Coolpad has even said that Xiaomi should stop producing MI Mix 2 with immediate effect.
Coolpad has said in the complaint that Shaomi has violated the copyright of several technologies, such as multi-SIM cart design. The smartphones that have been sued by the Coolpad to shut down include Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X (Note 4 in India), MI6, Mi Max2, MI Note 3 and MI 5X (Mi A1 in India).
However, this case against Xiaomi has not been filed by Coolpad but through its own owned company Yulong Computer Technology. The patent of Xiaomi has been accused of stealing, in addition to the SIM card slot, app icons, notifications and system user interfaces.
Xiaomi has also demanded to offset the loss of these phones as well as to offset the loss. However, Xiaomi has not yet made any official statement on the matter.
