The Committee of Administrators (COA), which operates the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has temporarily lifted the ban on Hardik Pandya and Lokesh Rahul for taking appropriate comments on women taking a U-turn in their own decision. Vinod Rai-led COA was earlier announced that, until the completion of the investigation, both the players will be banned.
He was involved in a controversy due to comments made by young Indian cricketers Hardik Pandya and Lokesh Rahul in a TV talk show. Now the Committee of Administrators has decided that behavioral counseling programs will be implemented for all Indian level players. Under this program, all the senior cricketers of India will be given an understanding of how to behave in public, including cricketers. Apart from this, they will also be alerted about different levels of sensitivity.
