The car maker Nissan has made a huge cut in the price of its sedan car Nissan Sunny. The company has cut the car price by about two lakh rupees. The new price of the car’s base petrol model XE is 6.99 lakh rupees. The price of the diesel variant of the car is worth 8.99 lakhs.
Nissan has told local productions the reasons behind reducing the price of the car. The company said that we want to provide convenience to our customers at a lower cost. This car has been manufactured in India under Make in India, which is a matter of pride for us and therefore we have taken the initiative to reduce the cost of this car.
With the reduction in the price of Sunny, the car has now come in the collision of the best-selling sedan cars. Now this car will be fought by Maruti Dzire, Hyundai Accent, and Ford’s Figo Aspire.
There are three petrol variants XE, XL and XV in Nissan Sunny’s market. Top variant XV comes with automatic transmission. It is also available in the car’s three diesel variants. The car has been introduced with the new black interior and exterior paint shade. The car has a 1.5-liter petrol engine and a 1.5-liter diesel engine of 1.5 liters. No mechanical changes have been made in the car.
