In the Kashmir Valley, the terrorists targeted the security forces for the third consecutive day. The already ambushed militants on the Jammu-Srinagar highway in Pantha Chowk on the outskirts of Srinagar through indiscriminate firing on the convoy of CRPF.

According to the information, the CRPF convoy coming from Jammu to Srinagar was targeted at the outskirts of Pantha Chowk in Srinagar on Monday afternoon. Nearly half a dozen jawans were injured in the attack, which was transported to the 92 Base Hospital for treatment.
CRPF spokesman Rajesh Yadav said that the attackers were ambushed by the terrorists on the convoy of the CRPF.
