Maruti Suzuki has recalled more than 21 thousand cars of the new DZire 2017. The reason behind the recall of this model of the car is being reported as the fault in its wheels. Maruti has to recall those Desire models which were made between February 23, 2017, and July 10, 2017.
Maruti has filed a recall notice on its official website. Customers can check thereby logging on whether their car has a fault in the rear wheels or not. To know this, customers must put their Vehicle Registration Number on the website.
Maruti Dzire was launched in India in May 2017. Maruti Suzuki Dzire has been one of the best-selling models. Not only this, it is Maruti Suzuki’s first car to record a million units sales record.
The car has 1.2-liter petrol and 1.3-liter diesel engine. According to the company, the car’s petrol engine gives 22 kmpl and diesel engine mileage of 28.4 kmpl. Both the car engines are equipped with the 5-speed manual transmission system.
Along with this, its Top Model also has an option of 5-speed AMT Transmission. In safety terms, there are features like Airbags, ABS, Child Safety Lock, Headlamp Beam Adjuster for drivers and passengers. The price of the car in Delhi’s X Show Room is 5.45 lakh to 9.41 lakh rupees.
