The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphone has been officially introduced as the company’s third advance foldable smartphone. Earlier, the company has launched Galaxy Fold and Galaxy Z Flip. In the initial leaks regarding the new smartphone, it was said that it can be called Galaxy Fold 2, which will be launched as an upgrade version of the Galaxy Fold launched last year. Talking about the major features of Galaxy Z Fold 2, the display of this phone is bigger than the Galaxy Fold.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphone has a 7.6-inch Infinity-O display as the primary screen, while the Infinity-O display on the cover screen is 6.2 inches. Let me tell you, the screen of its previous version was 7.3 inches and 4.6 inches. Samsung claims that the most advanced flexible display has been given in the primary screen of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 smartphone.
For photography and videography, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has a triple rear camera setup, while the display includes a selfie camera. However, information about the camera’s megapixel count has not been made public at the moment. This phone has Dolby Atmos sound and a 4,500 mAh dual intelligent battery, which will provide full day backup on a single charge. Apart from this, it also has 5G support for fast connectivity.
The price of Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 will be revealed on 1 September, the day this smartphone will be formally launched. At the same time, pre-orders of this smartphone will also be started after the launch. However, in the meantime, this foldable phone is currently available for reservation in the US. The second generation Samsung Galaxy fold phone will be available for purchase in two color options, named Mystic Black and Mystic Bronze.
