Vodafone has removed prepaid recharge packs of Rs 997 and Rs 49 from its website. Of these, a prepaid recharge pack of Rs 997 was available only in UP West Circle, which has now been removed from the official website of Vodafone. Similarly, the all-rounder pack of Rs 49 has been removed from the Mumbai circle only. Explain that the plan of Rs 997 used to provide unlimited calling as well as benefit of data. At the same time, a recharge pack of Rs 49 works as an all-rounder plan, which also offers unlimited calling, free data and SMS with talk-time of Rs 38.
Talking about Vodafone 997 rupees plan, this plan was introduced only in UP West Circle. Surprisingly, the company introduced this prepaid recharge pack last month and it has been removed from the website only after about a month of launch. In this plan, users used to get 1.5 GB of data every day, unlimited local and national calls and 100 free SMS per day. The validity of this plan was 180 days i.e. 6 months. With the plan, users also received a one-year Vodafone Play subscription of Rs 499 and a one-year Zee5 subscription of Rs 999.
Talk about Vodafone 49 rupee all rounder pack, this plan is available in most circles, but the company has removed it from Mumbai circle. This pack provides talk time of Rs 38 and also provides unlimited calling facility on any network. The validity of this plan is 28 days. Users also get 100 MB of data in this plan. After the withdrawal of this plan, currently all-rounder prepaid recharge packs of only Rs 39 and Rs 79 are available on the Vodafone Mumbai page, with a validity of 14 days and 28 days respectively.
After this move, now Vodafone’s minimum monthly recharge pack in Mumbai circle has become Rs 79. This information was first reported by DreamDTH.
